Half Penny - 1953 to 1967 - Price Guide

British halfpenny coins were bearing on their reverse the seated figure of Britannia, who was to remain a feature until 1937, when a sailing ship was adopted. The halfpenny survived until decimalisation, ceasing to be legal tender from July 31, 1969.
