Holey

Dollar Spanish silver peso of 8 reales with the centre removed. The resultant ring was counter-marked 'New South Wales' and dated 1813, with 'Five Shillings' on the reverse, and placed into circulation during a shortage of British coin. The centre, known as a dump, was circulated at 15 pence.
